Japan is said to have the highest number of companies with over 100 years of history in the world. To encourage a fresh appreciation for the values of "Shinise" (long-established businesses) that Japan proudly presents to the world, STARMARK CO., LTD., the operator of the e-commerce site "Shinise Tsuhan.net," proposed the establishment of this day. Following discussions within the Public Relations Committee of the Toto Norenkai, an application was submitted to the Japan Anniversary Association, and the day was officially registered. The date was chosen in connection with Ebisu-kou, a traditional festival dedicated to Ebisu, the deity of business and prosperity.

◆Regarding Photography and Recording for Live Stages

There are no uniform restrictions on photography or video/audio recording set by the organizers for this event.
However, rules vary by artist (e.g., photos allowed / no videos / all recording prohibited, etc.), so please be sure to check each artist’s announcements and official information.
Even for stages where photography is permitted, we kindly ask for your cooperation in refraining from the following acts to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Any behavior that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other attendees.

Reserving space for long periods using tripods, monopods, or stepladders, or shooting in a way that blocks the view of others.

Holding cameras or smartphones high above your head in a manner that obstructs the view of people behind you.

Flash photography and the use of external lighting equipment.

Respect for Portrait Rights & Strict Adherence to Personal Use Only:

If other attendees or staff members appear in your photos or videos, please respect their privacy by blurring their faces before posting on social media.

Commercial use of recorded images or videos (such as selling or commercial streaming) is strictly prohibited.

※For safety reasons, please promptly follow any instructions given by staff on site.

◆ Regarding Event Cancellation Decisions

The event will be canceled under the following circumstances:

If severe weather, or transportation shutdowns near the venue caused by severe weather, are confirmed as of 5:00 AM on the day of the event.

If stay-at-home orders or similar restrictions related to preventing the spread of infectious diseases (such as COVID-19) are issued.

Regarding refunds in the event of cancellation due to the above reasons, individual measures will be handled upon consultation based on the situation. Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be accepted if the event is held as scheduled, including cases where the event is temporarily interrupted.
